Greg Mitchell

Greg Mitchell is the founder and chief executive of Mitchell Professional Services. A native of the Dallas area, Greg graduated from Southern
Methodist University with a bachelor's degree in 1991, and subsequently with his law degree in 1994. He obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1995.

Prior to founding Mitchell Professional Services, Mr. Mitchell served as a Manager in the state and local practice of a national accounting firm; then as National Director of Tax Technology for a national tax consulting practice; finally as tax Partner in a state and local tax consulting firm.

Mr. Mitchell is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. He is a Certified Member of the Institute (CMI) with the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT). Finally, Mr. Mitchell is an active member of the Texas and American Bar Associations, currently serving as a member of the State and Local Tax Committee of the State Bar of Texas.
